    Interval spin – using the spin bike mixed with different exercises and weights off the bike to get a great full body workout

    WODS- (Workout of the day) – there will be a workout written up on the board and you can follow it at your own pace, but still trying to push yourself to finish it using a barbell

    Kettlebells- This class helps you by strengthening the key muscles of the lower body, core, and upper body. Kettlebells are highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength
